The problem: Make coaching useful in the context of a person's training, food logs and health data, across a mobile app and the tools used by trainers.
My role: My work with the IZIFIT team spans the mobile app, backend API and web portals, including AI food recognition and in-app coaching.
Key decision: Keep training progression in explicit application rules and give the AI coach structured context from the user's actual training state.
Outcome: A coaching platform connecting personalized training, photo-based food logging, Apple Health and Health Connect, subscriptions, and real-time trainer chat.
